Stub hub ticket question

I bought tickets on Stub Hub. They have been transferred to my account. I have the Stub Hub mobile app, and can see the tickets with the 2D barcode on my phone. Is that all I need to get in?

I keep seeing reference to the CFP mobile app here on the Rant, but I'm thinking I only need my Stub Hub mobile app.

Is this correct? TIA

Yes that is all you need.

Some people had reserves through the CFP and that's how they got theirs.

Put your tickets in your wallet app if you have it that way if you have no service on your phone you can still open up the ticket.

My tickets through Ticketmaster are the same way. Regular "mobile ticket" through the Ticketmaster app that I can add to my Apple Wallet - doesn't involve the CFP app at all.

I called customer service & they confirmed it's all legit. Apparently we just bought from someone who got the tickets through a different route that most others.

All tickets are mobile so that's how it will come to you through Stubhub. They do this to prevent the counterfeiters.
Yes Bar Code is what you will have to scan

If someone is trying to sell you paper tickets, it's most likely a scam

Hopefully LSU doesn't go this route for home games because most of the time I can't even get service at LSU on gamedays.

I have an Android phone. I took a screenshot of both tickets and have those in my photos. If I run into service issue at the gate, will the photos work?

Does anyone know if a new barcode/serial number is generated when you transfer tickets? I transferred two tickets to someone and they still show up in my wallet which would lend me to believe there are two copies of the ticket floating around

Yes. The barcode is the only thing that matters.

I print a copy just in case service is bad & I can’t use phone
But I’m paranoid about stuff like that

Don't be lazy. Print those bitches and have 2 ways to get in the game and it eliminates any concern.

Believe me, I would print them out if I could. My stubhub account on my computer tells me to use the mobile app to see them. I can see them on my mobile app, but there is no print option.

The best thing I can do as a backup is the screen-capture to my Photos, which I've done.

Be careful about that. Like for MLB using the MLB Ballpark App, screenshots are NOT valid for entry. There's a little animated baseball near the barcode. Saw someone get turned away from the World Series due to that. And ticket master app re-generates a new barcode every minute or so.

Brooooo call frickin Stubhub get a live person on the other end tell him/her to send to email cause your having a problem with your mobile and you want to print the tickets you paid for. Boom 2 ways to get in if say you lose your phone getting all crazy drinking hand grenades.
That's why you eliminate any concern..

I don't know about the NC, but for the Peach Bowl there was a notice on the app that photos of the bar code could not be read. Before you depend on the photos, make sure you check the instructions or you might be left out. We had paper tickets for the Peach Bowl and they scanned in just as the mobiles did.
