Got to see Kade pitch for the first time in person since the college World Series tonight. A few people in the crowd wearing LSU. As I was leaving a sitting yelled to me, “Suck That Tiger…..” I looked back and finished the sentence. He laughed and yelled “Geaux Tigers!” It’s nice to see our brand represented so well across this country. To see former players supported wherever they travel. Our fanbase shows up well beyond the LSU years.

Idk, using STTBD to affirm fanship among strangers in the wild is pretty cringe. It's one thing when it's a crowd chanting it, which is still pretty trashy to me but whatever, college kids gonna college kids and I'm old. But just 2 grown men in public using it like a greeting call and response, idk I'm just picturing it in my head and I already have secondhand embarrassment.
