Here’s a little context for you:
Baker- 11 minutes
Reed- 9 minutes
Wilkinson- 12 minutes
Williams- 7 minutes
Y'all will complain about anything. Starters weren’t getting it done, he makes an in game adjustment and you still bitch.

Second half today was the first sign of life I've seen from this team/program since the Kentucky game last year.
There was an intensity and level of competitiveness I've not seen since then.
Having said that, the first half was much of the same we've been seeing - and expecting Wright to ever do that again is unrealistic. But I'm just talking about the fact that I finally saw some desire and fire. It's been that long since I've seen that.
Will we see it again? Man I sure hope so. The fact that even given that desire and fire we still can't rebound is concerning but baby steps.

Baker was exposed against Nichols IMHO. He does not rebound and he's a below average defender, but he can score if you don't double him. But if you do double him he is totally neutralized and the teams that have realized this can take him out of a game very easily.

When is an 11 point loss in basketball a big deal? To a ranked team down 19 at half that hit 22 of 25 from the free throw line.

Baker is just not that good. Guy is on his 3rd college, he would've stuck somewhere if he was a decent player. He offers no value if he doesn't have the ball directly under the basket

I’ve been saying this throughout his time here, but have been shutdown by all the b-ball aficionados on here that defend his play.
I appreciate him staying on this long and wish him nothing but success in whatever he does after basketball, but you’re correct, he doesn’t give us much.
