Is there a delay that they have to wait before resuming play like in football? Like 30 mins or something. Or am I totally off base?

After Katz homerun..
Rhymes struck out(did hit a ball homerun distance but barely foul)
Ross walked
Snikeris flied out to RF
Dozar Singled, moving Ross to 2nd.
Hanover flied out to CF
A few shots have been sent into the gaps but that CF is extremely fast.. He's the one who scored from 3rd tagging after a shallow pop fly.
Right after the commercial it showed them running the tarp out.

I did a frame by frame replay multiple times and the ball disappears behind the foul line, then reappears on the left side. It was hooking fast but appears to have been fair to me.
