I envision our offense looking a lot like Georgia’s last year. A lot of one back, 2 TE sets with a zone scheme and RPOs. It’s not that complicated. Just need a guy to pull the trigger and hopefully we have one somewhere on this team.

I hate to be the wet blanket here, but while everything E is saying sounds great and makes me salivate as an offensive scheme nerd, I can't get that 2008 auburn offense out of my head.

They only managed 14 points against the Malleveto defense (we gave them 7 via pick6) and were anemic dispite having interesting formations and personnel groupings.

Also, I think he kind of tipped his hand that Joe Burrow is the starter, even though it’s a foregone conclusion with the fan base anyway.

Myles Brennan is his main competition. And as good as I think he can be for us, I do think his weight has already decided this in Joe’s favor this season. Just my opinion, but Myles should concentrate on gaining weight and physically maturing........try not to play in more than 4 games so he can take his redshirt. I still want to see him do well for us

He has had numerous meetings with some of the top offensive minds in the country including the likes of Sean Payton and Pete Carroll.

Pete Carroll is not a top offensive mind, he’s a defensive guy.
