They peaked on the first weekend. LSU peaks in June.

I was beginning to believe we’d never lose a series in Starkville ever again.

But we did lose the series to MSU last year in Alex Box. We were #2 at the time then too. And the rest is history.

I was a winey little bitch last year, insisting to my brother and dad that we wouldn’t win the title.

Fast forward two months and I was sitting four rows above the Florida dugout in Omaha watching us win the title in a true arse-kicking manner. Experiencing that with my son was the best time of my entire life.

Baseball can be funny like that. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ups and downs. We could still repeat. It’s why baseball plays so many games.

I’ve had a tough time recovering as a lifelong fan and alum. Y’all are my support group.

Team just need some experience, give them time, they lost a lot from last year's natty team, expecting another team with three generational talents on it is a bit much.

Baseball is a hard and simple game..... go play the next game and work on improving and make less mistakes.
