Well, we did have Manning, O’Neal, and Penn-Johnson at that point. That gets you to 10 or 11 guys.

Gaines had horrible minutes tonight
He stopped the ball around the 5 min mark forced a terrible shot and then got lost in defense on the next trip down and gave up a 3. He killed us there

I don’t see anyone mentioning Colbert as a starter. Did something happen to him or did folks think he won’t be ready? I though he was a 6’9” guy with skills.

So wrong
Where?

Why would smart leave? He’s a 2nd rounder at best.

Trendon is also a projected 2nd rounder and I think Wade could convince him that he should be a top 15 pick

25 for Cam Thomas is too late. Show him way Buddy Heild did. The difference between going 5th and 25th is like 20 million dollars

If you have an actual rebuttal then open your dickholster and say it

Wade will get some monsters through recruiting. Always does..... We don't yet know who will be starring. Im all probability, you haven't even heard of them yet....

And of course the roster has had ZERO changes since day 1. Right?

dgaf about changes, none of them (mainly talking about the bench only) showed anything consistently that suggested this was a deep team

cough. bullshite. Cough Mr O’Neal would like a word.

: he leads LSU in defensive rebounding % (22.6), total rebound % (17.6), net rating (+19 per 100 possessions), and rebounds per 40 min. (12.6).

Defense allows 82 points per 100 when he's on the floor; 103 points per 100 when he's off.

He will probably start.

I see incoming guys that will start are

G: Brandon Murray 6’5 scorer
G:
F:
F: Alex Fudge
F: Colbert

The question is who will fill in the middle. When knight is available in January I think he will start. Not sure how good Ezewiro. Fudge seems like be could be a Brandon Ingram type player.

We may struggle early on, but I think come SEC play our line up is

G: Murray 6’5
G: Knight 6’7
F: Fudge 6’8
F: Days (Hopefully) 6’7
F: Colbert 6’9

Bench:
Leblanc 6’7
Gaines 6’2
Wilkinson 6’6
O’Neal 6’10
Gray?
Cook?

I’m expecting Cook or Gray to transfer or get processed and we bring in a late recruit or grad transfer. If Days leaves I’d expect Wilkinson or a Grad Transfer to start

We will be a very long and athletic team. Similar to Bama minus the three point shooting. Should be a fun team to press with

Google search the Kessler kid from UNC. 7’1” and transferring. His sister was a Tiger. I don’t know the numbers and how it would work to fit him in but if he chooses LSU it’s a good boost.

Meh idk if I would have called it our year.

If dickie V shuts the frick up ovwe the summer we land a 5* #1 Center in the country

This team with a lottery big man is in the final 4.

shite I think 2019 was better than this squad. Wade has proven he can win. Job is to now keep him here long enough to win big

Gaines, Knight, Days, Fudge, and either O’Neal or Colbert.

Though I do then Wade goes hard to try to find another frontcourt presence in the transfer portal

He almost has to. I think we have a decent core of players but need some more points.

Idk if the ezwiro kid sees campus or if gray is on the team next year.

Coach said he intends to bring in 2-3 transfers, and expects to be back in the same place (tournament) next season.

So some extras must be leaving.

Yeah that's not a good team.

Hopefully we get some transfers or JUCO kids.
