There is certainly a lot more LSU could do to get more people to come out but, whatever.

They really really do need to move it to the evening.

33k? Sounds like about as many as showed up to the National Championship Game just down the road. That just confounds the heck out of me. LSU fans always have and they always will. Extremely hot and cold fan base.

That is an average sized crowd.

When we won the title in 07 it was only like 38

Da frick are you basing the "hot and cold" criticism on ?

My point had to do with the fact that Bama fans outnumbered us in our own backyard in the biggest game we could possibly have. But many stayed home because they were bored with a rematch. 33k for a spring game is great.

That's how Bama fans roll. Bama fan sitting next to me at the game told me he makes $30k salary per year and had spent $5,000 on tickets, hotel, and partying. He was bragging about how stupid a financial decision it was.

TS is louder than BDS but their fans travel better than anyone in the country.

I've been saying that for many moons. Plan it a year in advance. Have a baseball game in the afternoon and the Spring Game at night against a football Alumni squad. It's not Rocket Science, but the many creative marketing and money making opprtunities seem to easily elude the LSUAD.
