the fact he beat women, got a restraining order, beat up men in a bar and being arrested for being a drunken buffoon all the while being a collegiate coach. seems that would be tough to over come.

Yes, every time someone has accused someone of battery or rape it has been 100% TRUE.

A young Long Island woman who spent over a year insisting that she was raped by two Sacred Heart University football players officially admitted in court Tuesday that she’s been lying the entire time

quote:

Yovino withdrew from Sacred Heart. The football players were never criminally charged, but both withdrew from the school as they faced possible disciplinary action based. One player lost a football scholarship, his lawyer said.

quote:

"Her actions have seriously affected them," attorney Frank Riccio II said. "They're no longer in school. The loss of their education and the college experience has certainly affected them greatly. And this is all because of a very serious lie."

A college athlete was arrested for rape, but it's his accuser who is in trouble, SC police say
quote:

A student-athlete at a South Carolina college was arrested and charged with rape, but it is his accuser who is in trouble now, according to the police.

Lauren Emily Pearson, 18, has been arrested and charged with filing a false police report regarding the rape accusation, wmbfnews.com reported.

quote:

Lopez, who had been suspended by Coker and banned from the campus, was released from jail on bond Wednesday, scnow.com reported.

On Thursday evening, Lt. Mark Blair said it was Pearson who was booked and behind bars at the W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center, according to wpde.com.

When asked if Pearson made up the story about the rape, Blair said “Essentially that’s it,” wbtw.com reported.

You do not know the facts of this case. The fact that she had the order rescinded means it was probably not as bad as your drama queen self keeps harping on to draw attention to yourself.

Not at all true, in fact a majority of women who seek protective orders recant. It’s part of battered women syndrome that women who love and or are dependent on even abusive partners seek to get orders overturned.

Not saying it happened in O’s case but to suggest bcs it was rescinded means there was no abuse (or it wasnt that bad) is false and extremely naive.

I'm SURE he did.

She has a restraining order because she is terrified. He says "hey I'll give you money to drop the order" - a direct violation of the order. And she is like "Okay, you coming over tomorrow".

Kinda like the people who keep harping on it happening with no knowledge of the person involved or any of the facts of the case? But the fact remains that she is the one who rescinded a permanent restraining order the next calendar year. That part is the only fact that cannot be questioned or disputed.

I’m not presenting anything as “fact” in this case.

But your comment that it probably wasn’t bad bcs it was rescinded has zero basis in fact.

You don’t know the facts. Neither do I.

I’m just reposting these so he can’t delete them with an admin request to ban this fricking piece of shite.

This is the second time in a matter of a couple of weeks he has made light of and excuses for court documented domestic violence and attempted to villianize the plaintiff in those proceedings without knowing any details other than the basic filings in the case.

If the admins on the board continue to allow such repeated filth from its posters one can only assume they condone it themselves and the public should be made aware so that they can be judged accordingly.

Repeated? Were they in a relationship? How many times did it happen? Why did it continue to happen? Did she keep going back knowing it would happen?

Is the new talking point that it never happened?

There were REASONS many of us disliked him LONG LONG before he ever put on P&G polos, you know.

Because he got in a bar fight? And because he and his woman didn't get a long and had arguments...???

What a bunch of FN losers there are on this board... mind boggling.

Only the fact that she obtained a "permanent" restraining order and then had that order rescinded.

Only the fact that it was said to be "repeated" occurrences. Why and how could it be repeated?
You don't know, I don't know, nobody on this board knows.

The guys bringing up the accusations know as much as I do, which is nothing. But in their poignant attempt to paint Eaux as a horrible character don't care about not knowing shite about the facts of the case.

I have never liked Orgeron due to these instances. I could never respect a man that would be violent towards a woman.

uummmm domestic violence could be as simple as him coming home drunk and getting in an argument with her. There is no assault... no battery. So tell me again, how this "report" shows violence towards women?

Is there more history with other women? Has he ever "beat up" his current wife... no, that's right, he puts her shoes on for her. And is step son took his name.

So what, the guy ran around, drank a little and did what most guys do... and he cleaned up his life. God I hate this board.

No, it's also a undisputed fact that the restraining order existed in the first place.

Courts don't flippantly issue permanent injunctions, so stop trying to explain it away as "probably not as bad" when you don't know anything either.

does it matter if you beat women your dating or beat them randomly? you still beat them.

Why did it continue to happen?
Ask O they where his fists.

Did she keep going back knowing it would happen?
so its her fault O beat her up

If I were O, I would sue your arse for defamation and make an example out of you. And I'm dead serious.

There is NO evidence and NO report that he EVER laid a hand on her.... let alone "beat her up" a couple times. Otherwise, there would be assault and battery, and who knows what other charges.

Again, I hope to God someone close to him is reading this board and files suit against you. You really need to learn a few lessons.

And yeah, I'll meet you at Sonic... something else I'm quite serious about.

"report" is a document signed by a judge.

So for someone who knows nothing, you sure like to act like you know more than you do. You have to make a spectacle out of everything.

Every thread you start ends up being the same thing-you end up stomping your feet and crossing your arms while you throw your little fits.

Go get a hobby or something.
