Not at all. I just think rankings in general are pretty much meaningless.

College football is meaningless in the grand scheme of things. All sports are meaningless. Life may be meaningless. Lighten up.

It's not bad, obviously the 3 at the top won most recently.

Kelly doing good things at Notre Dame, their teams aren't on an elite level.

Stoops living off the past but prob boosted his rankings this past season.

Really only Patterson should be on the outside looking in.

And you have to give harbough some love from his success at Stanford and in the NFL. But he has 2 coaches in that top 10 he will be competing against.

May be, but our staff as a whole is #1 or #2

BFD! This staff hasn't proven anything yet.

Come on Red. Miles has one of the best resumes in cfb. Cam has one of the best qb trees in football and Aranda is widely considered one of the best up and comer coaches in cfb.
Thats not even getting into the plethora of great position coaches we have.

Wow, you sure you've got room in your mouth for all three of those coaches.

you but I feel like every year we say it's a "prove it year".

This is certainly true the past 2-3 years. 5 years is a long time in college sports, and that's the last time we've had a great season.

This is all true BUT....this particular group hasn't worked together in a real game as of yet. If they come out and win 10+ games in their first season together, then I would declare them one of of the best coaching staffs in the nation. On paper, they look impressive. Lets wait till the lights come on to see if they live up to their billing. If they only win 8/9 games this season, I would consider that a colossal failure.
