Even after this day's events:
"It’s always about Les Miles, and why LSU’s grass-eating, double-daring coach did this or how in the world he could have done that.
Twice last year, LSU had season-defining victories where it all revolved around Miles and his creative, daring play calls: the tight end around against Alabama, and the fake field goal/blind toss over the head against Florida
Guess what folks? Miles, who is expected to receive a three-year contract extension today, isn’t going anywhere—and neither is LSU, the team we’ve picked to win it all. No one’s stumbling around blindfolded and bent on being right.
Quarterback Jordan Jefferson was arrested Friday and charged with felony second-degree battery. He’s suspended indefinitely. Receiver Russell Shepard has been docked at least one game by the NCAA, as he’ll miss the Oregon game on Sept. 3.
With so much gloom, you’d think the Tigers would be doomed, booted down the Top 25 ladder in favor of an equally deserving team like Oklahoma.
But they aren’t."

No!! They should drop out of the top 100. They have no depth at any position at all. We're all screwed!!

I like these points:

If the Ducks couldn’t move the ball at their regular clip against Auburn, which ranked 60th in the nation in total defense in 2010, how much better will Oregon fare against LSU, which happened to finish 12th in the nation in total defense?

Wouldn’t it be fitting if Lee, with a championship-caliber team around him, finishes a rocky LSU career with the righteous sounds of redemption?
