A lot of LSU posters change their teams during the summer months. I don't really know why, but many do. But he's been on here forever, and is an LSU fan.

yes to the teams, no to the most of the scores or years without doing a little research. 6 of the 7 were against Wake Forest. We had a fun rivalry with them until they got tired of losing to us. The 7th of course was Michigan.

So you are calling Wake Forest top tier? Are you serious? And even if they performed as a top tier team the year they won the ACC, my bet is you didn't beat them that year. And furthermore, even with that ACC title, they are not a top tier team.

Top tier meaning Div 1-A. Sorry for the confusion but I pulled it from a news article.

A hot offensive team cannot score if they are not on the field...obviously, we will try to keep our offense on the field so their All Am QB won't get but limited opportunities to score...that coupled with a lights out defense, the likes of which Appy State has never seen and depth that will show its value in the 4th quarter...in August...in Louisiana for goodness sake....well, LSU wins and scores points in the 2nd half to comfortably distance itself from the visitors. Tiger fans welcome the Appy St fans with food, drink, and Tiger Bait...Appy fans report the game as the best trip they've ever made!

Don't forget wins over S.C. Gamecocks, Wake Forest and East Carolina back in 1974, back before D1AA was created and we were still just plain old D1.
In the should have, could have department, we had the mighty AU Tiggers beat late in the 4th quarter, only to let them off the hook,back during Tuberville's first season. That's what everyone thought was happening last year in Ann Arbor.

You beat South Carolina in 1975, 17 ars before they joined the SEC. You also have a 1-8 record against them.

you clearly do not know jack about us or SEC football do you? In the best conference in AMerica we have: 4 SEC WEST titles, 3 SEC outright TITLES, and 2 National titles this decade. I am gonna laugh at your team when we play.

Someone asked what D1 teams has ASU beaten, and as I mentioned, ASU (and Furman and other D1AA's) has a win over USC Gamecocks. USC was an independent back in 1975, everyone knows that, no one said anything about the SEC. I believe it was your own Paul Dietzel who made the brilliant decision to move USC out of the ACC and go independent. I guess he thought they were going to be the next Notre Dame.
