Never seen someone so proud of a lack of airconditioning....
And the problem isn't the heat. It is the oppresive humidity. When the fricking dew point is in the upper 70s, sweating don't do much to cool ya down.

Sure as hell hope it is not solely of the profits of football...that probably leaves for meager pickings for the other sports.
our women's field hockey team actually has quite the storied program and yields a financial windfall that allows us to spoil some of other athletic intrests at app.

You guys shouldn't be worried, right??? I mean it'e the mighty LSU Football program!! The best ever in all football!! Seems to me that none of your fans would reply to "such" nonsense threads. Seems to me that no LSU fan would start a new thread every other minute. Wouldn't it seem that way......?

Are you sayingthat App St is not an important game to your school? And the lack of threads/discusion implies that this game is just a warm up game, as others on this forum have stated?

Yes they do as a matter of fact, and have since 1983 & probably before that.
ETA: I even have an LSU/Akron shirt from 1997.
