I think all of the App fans on here who actually have the nads to attend the game should give their seat locations so we can "visit" them during the beatdown. What do you say, big boys?

Yea right, NC State fans got some of my friends kicked out of their stadium for no reason in 2006 so I won't be giving that one out. They were gross people anyway pissing in plastic cups all over the student section

What will REALLY happen is you will scurry back to your Dodge Caravan and finish off the rest of the cupcakes and punch your mother packed for you while removing all APP materials from your vehicle and person before heading out of town, probably to a Trekkie convention.

Trash talk aside... no not really. I think most people here (rantards aside) realize App State is a really good team. The Michigan game was great but I had respect for App State long before that.
I know people like to throw out the score from our game in game in 2005, but a 0-24 shutout isn't really indicative of the actual game. What *I* saw was a talented, well coached team that drove the ball against our defense... a feat that several SEC opponents couldn't accomplish.
Some stats:
256 total yards
176 rushing (more than LSU's 163)
5 of 14 on 3rd down (slightly better than LSU's 3 of 9)
32:31 time of possession (vs LSU's 27:29)
The game wasn't close, but App State was a lot more productive than people thought before the game, and a lot more than people give credit for today.
Advice from Raz: You guys have a great team and have a lot to be proud of. Instead of coming on td.com representing Michigan and Mike Hart, try representing App State instead.

just because you are invited doesnt mean you have a shot at winning, technically yes, but with the sports writers and former winners voting you almost always know who the winner is going to be or the two most likely...
