re: Soooo….who’s going to Hoover?

Have been every year except Covid since 2017. Been trying to find RV Spot. Sold out each year. Was told that owners of a spot can’t sell it to someone else. They must turn the spot in to allow other people on a waiting list a chance to get it.
That’s what I’ve been told. I have my doubts if that’s the way it is. But, been calling and emailing for weeks and no reply. That’s different. The girl in charge did a fantastic job last year. Not sure where she is.

I’ll be there. I go every year and it’s a great tournament! Looking forward to seeing the Tigers!

This is Email I received this year.

Hey everyone!



Last Thursday, I sent an email out regarding the selling of your reserved SEC RV sites and the consequences of doing so. I have since spoken with our General Manager, and we have agreed that due to the lateness of this enforcement of policies already in place that most RV guests were not aware of, we will allow this year to be flexible with the selling of RV sites. However, the requirement for this flexibility is that anyone that is wanting to sell their site to someone else, must first have that person approved by myself and the GM.



If you fit into this category, please send me the other person’s information before agreeing to sell them the site. If you have already sold them the site, please send me their info (please understand that there is the chance that they may not be approved).



Next year will bring some changes to the SEC RV reservation system. That information will be forthcoming in plenty of time before the 2023 SEC Tournament.



All that being said, I hope this has not put a big damper on your excitement for this year’s SEC Tournament. I am so excited to have each of you here this year!!
