Something to think about ?

I know it's a long way down the road but from my perspective LSU gets 0 respect from the rankings gurus..Let's think about this for a moment ! LSU will have to run the table to get into the playoffs ! Why because if they go into Alabama at 8-0 and lose,it's over. Notre Dame will take our spot. Look at the polls. Notre Dame loses to Georgia and drop 2 spots.Michigan, Utah and Wash.St.lose and drop off the earth. Is it fair ? Maybe ? but I'm looking at how LSU is the highest scoring team in the Nation(who would have ever thought) and still get no respect. So, LSU must keep the pedal to the metal and crush every team they plAY Including Alabama. Hammer Bama ! It's time !

The same LSU ranked #4 and #5 right NOW?

So explain to me how Ohio State and Oklahomo jump LSU in two polls. Watch what happens if we lose a game. Relegated to the banana bowl !

No way CFP committee chooses one loss Notre Dame over one loss(Alabama) LSU. Not a chance.

Which two polls did they jump us in? They were ranked ahead of us to start the year.
This thread is absolute nonsense. Norte Dame didn’t drop much because they lost a close game on the road against a top 5 team.
LSU has two top 10 matchups in the next couple weeks. Win those and LSU will be in the top 3

LSU (and Saints) fans somehow always feel slighted. It’s noticeable by other fan bases and a terrible look overall.

Also, eat that anchor. You earned it.

ESPN FPI updates LSU's 2019 wins and losses after Week 4 win
By SONNY SHIPPWed Sep 25 2019

After a 66-38 victory on the road against Vanderbilt, LSU held steady at No. 4 in the AP Top 25 Poll and at No. 5 in the Coaches Poll.
Last week, the Tigers dropped from No. 3 to No. 4 in the ESPN FPI after a 65-14 win over Northwestern State.
Did the FPI dock the Tigers again after another lopsided outcome?
It sure did.
Alabama remained on top followed by Clemson. Ohio State jumped Georgia for the third spot, dropping the Bulldogs to No. 4, with LSU checking in at No. 5.
After it fell two consecutive weeks, LSU’s FPI improved from 23.8 to 24.3. The Tigers’ remaining strength of schedule stayed at No. 7 during the bye week and ahead of the matchup with Utah State on Oct. 5.

The ESPN FPI is not a poll nor is it an attempt to rank teams dumbass. It’s a formula used to attempt to predict how a team will finish.

It's probably the only poll that matters arse hat. The others are popularity contest by handpicked so-called experts who never watch football. Like you !
