Notre Dame head coach is the top job in college football. Unless we offer 10 million dollars there is no way.

ND is not the top job in college football. It is among the top but many would argue many other college football programs are better.
As for Chip Kelly, I think he would be good for LSU on offense but recruiting top notch defensive players is not his forte.
