Oh you mean when the Clemson right fielder tried to fight our whole team? Yeah, that was cool.

As someone who played college ball, it was always a big adjustment going to play on turf. The ball tends to "skip" more and move faster. The ball takes true hops but moves much faster than natural grass allows.

I think a win over LSU would help ULL alot more than it would hurt LSU.

It would help us. That's the reason why we care. We are playing a #8 team.

It would be very tough to argue with that.

It's going to be a great test for LSU and that's a compliment to the Cajuns.

I don't care what any of you say, a road win against a top 30 RPI team in ULL is a solid resume win. That place is going to be wild tomorrow. I seriously hope our guys are ready for it.

It was their left fielder, sorry.. LINK /

quote:

Feehan's bunt scored Jarvis Larry from third and Rick Haydel from first when pitcher Ryan Mottl's throw got past a diving Ryan Riley, who was rushing over from second to cover first.

Right fielder Justin Singleton fielded the ball and made the throw to the plate, but Haydel slid under the tag of catcher Brian Ellis.

"I just happened to get it in the right spot," Feehan said. "One bad throw and Rick did a great job of hustling in."

Clemson coach Jack Leggett stormed out of the dugout to argue the call, but home plate umpire Al Davis and the rest of crew quickly left the field.

Tempers flared as the Ragin' Cajuns celebrated at the plate and the despondent Tigers stood in shock. As he was running in from left field, Clemson's Casey Stone shoved Ryan Gill from behind, prompting a brief pushing match between the teams. The fracas was broken up quickly, but the Tigers stayed in the dugout for 20 minutes.

I hope we don't choke for the purpose of Compton coming to my house and having to hear about it all weekend. And I suppose it is always fun beating ULL

The only way the result gets any play past Wednesday morning is if ULL wins...then we have to hear them talk shite as if they have accomplished something.
I don't want to hear any U.S.L. if that goes down. Same as Tulane. Don't like those frickers and don't want to lose to either one in ANY sport. Screw all that "It's only one game" BS.

For being such a meaningless mid week game and for a fan base that could care less about ULL there sure is a lot of threads started about ULL since last week. Kinda odd really.

I really wish people would understand what this actually means.

I only see one on the homepage not started yesterday You'll start to see ULL threads today, because LSU baseball has a lot of support from its fans and it's gameday so I don't know why you find this surprising? Are you insinuating your fans don't support ULL baseball so to see a fanbase support its baseball team is something you aren't accustomed to?

Yeah, it should be I could not care less.

Right professor?

However, maybe he meant what he said.. Maybe he actually could care less.. and your assumption of his statement is all wrong.. Not likely, but how do you know for sure..
