Good enough to win if we don't play well

They can hit the ball supposedly...

I honestly expect ULL to pull this one out.

Starting a sophomore transfer from BRCC who looked good in two relief appearances. The pitching staff is pretty inexperienced as well. Tony's system doesn't change though, the pitchers work fast and come after batters.

They are at home in one of the handful of times they actually sold out the park. This is a big deal in Lafayette and throw in the mid week game mentality and our first trip away from Alex Box.

I think it's undeniable that we are the better team, but I think all things considered the Cajuns get one here. Don't get me wrong... I won't be surprised if we win by 5 runs.

Really excited about this one. Wish I could make it to Laffy for the game. I hope the lsu that played southeastern shows up opposed to the lsu that played byu Saturday. Good luck Henderson.

Lets hope this happens instead of your other prediction.

Best part is I get to talk shite regardless of who wins.

Maybe I got ahead of myself there. I would probably take the Money Line on the Cajuns if it was offered. Would play it for the value and I should have said " I'd expect this to be a toss up game."

I'll say this, their fielding hurt them last year and so far they've had some trouble early.

Wonder how the tigers will handle the turf. Hopefully we went and fielded some ground balls at the indoor today.

Regardless if LSU loses, they will still have shite talking rights.

I was about to post something on this. Will the turf be an adjustment for LSU? Good thing is both programs realize it's only a mid week game. Win or lose, what have you really accomplished? This will be a decent early season road test for the Tigers.

It is ONE FREAKING BASEBALL GAME...in February, no less. This game means NOTHING in regard to who is better, who is worse, who might have a better season, etc. If LSU wins, it means nothing. If ULL wins, it means nothing. The result of the game will be flushed 10 minutes after it is over by the LSU players, win or lose. The only way the result gets any play past Wednesday morning is if ULL wins...then we have to hear them talk shite as if they have accomplished something.

One simple fact trumps all of this, regardless of tomorrow's outcome:

6 national championships >>>>>> 1 World Series appearance where you are best remembered for trying to fight Clemson
