Good stuff. He’s thorough, detail oriented, and connects the dots from drills to practical game situations. He even knows exactly how long the drill will last (“We can run our whole team through this drill in 2.5 minutes.”).

You can tell this dude thinks about every aspect of what will make his defense great. I love it. Plus, he says “K”, and “A’ight” a lot, and everybody knows you can’t be a great coach without a high ratio of K’s and A’ight’s.

Sounds like future Head Coach somewhere
