She might have been more upset with umps...I can't believe they decided to clear the field just because Beth asked them to. In all honesty, the umps should have called it before Beth and Carley started complaining about it.

I agree with you but why should everyone be all smiles?
Our asses were handed to us. We scored 1 run all weekend vs bottom of the SEC pitching.
Yes we have had bad series under Torina midseason then turn it on quickly at the end of the year but we haven't seen shown any optimism vs competent pitching, it just continues to be worse. Major shake ups are needed, LSU should not be performing this bad at the plate, especially with some of the athletes we have.

Those 7 or 8 recruits coming in next year hopefully will be good enough to swing the bat and not have a hitting coach change things that may screw them up. A few who saw playing time last year as freshmen are a mixed bag. Some will never hit and others sporadically. Andrews can get it done and Antoine has shown some good stuff. Doyle looks better but the rest don't seem to have a clue.

I agree they should have called it before we reached that point, hoover really couldn't grip the ball well.

Because they're thinking bullet dodged and the other team, and apparently our fans, are all butthurt about it and they find that funny. Some gallow's humor from a shitty series.

We can't unsee the first 4 innings of this game, and it would be a wonderful wakeup call if we could somehow end up not paying for it with a loss.

People should know by now that the culture and divide have them constantly under a microscope. Someone is always watching. So now they are captured on camera that will be played everyday if this game is called. But laughing and acting like nothing bothers you is seen every time a softball game is played. So whats the problem?

We know that they would be doing the same thing if it were the other way around. But it is embarrassing. How can you play in that mess? I assume they thought that we should just stand out there till they scored enough to run rule. So they can have it. we don't deserve this game.
Until Beth figures out her problem whether it be failed talent evaluation or the batting coach, she needs to make the right decision for the team and the program.
