Leftwich assists in a lot of areas such as defense, scouting, catchers, recruiting. Dobson runs the offense essentially. She basically reinforces what he wants.

It's like watching Les Miles coach softball. Our approach at the plate isn't working, and hasn't worked for over a month, yet no changes are made. When your top hitters go 0-18 with base runners in scoring position, there's something majorly wrong.
