Just got home from our JV game just in time to watch the double play to end Florida in the top of the 7th and then our VICTORY!!
Help me as I'm going to watch parts of the game from my DVR... I heard the announcers say something about controversial plays... what inning? So I can go straight to them firsta

I don’t typically watch softball until the post season other than a few games, I only keep up with the scores
But it looks like we are off to a pretty good conference start and I’m a a big fan of any team that beats Florida in anything
May have to tune in a bit earlier this year

I forget what innings but it involves 1st base ump.
Called LSU runner out when replay showed her foot was off that resulted in a DP, then called UF runner safe when it looks like the ball got there before her.
Bot 3rd then top 4th 18handicap

Georgia ia next weekend. Eccentric team but they have a solid lineup. DiCarlo is at 16 home runs. Lsu can hit their pitchers. Gonna be interesting

Bottom 6 I believe Amber hit to 2nd. Was bobbled and thrown to 1st. Called safe replay showed out. Sanchez scored tying run

It wasn't bot 6th, bot 6th was when they went off air during LSU batting

No I think it was. That call tied it up with 2 outs and they went to commercial and Schlattman got out #3 to end the inning

They won the first game(maybe because of a missed 3rd strike) and they got destroyed the 2nd game. 1st base ump missed two calls both way tonight.

The 2 plays at 1st were sooooo close that I have a hard time blaming an umpire for "missing" the call. I mean it took 3 replays in slow motion to see the correct call... hard to expect any human to see those perfectly in real time.
