Tailgating is in full swing. The parade grounds and Tiger Land are back to the old times. What's the point? Are we just trying to keep MSNBC reporters off the school's back?

JBE says follow the science. duh, sitting in outdoor stadium all summer for baseball is safe but not football in tiger stadium. also safe to lower your mask on a plane to eat...but as soon as you have that last sip of Dr Pepper and bite or tiny pretzels, you have to immediately raise your mask to prevent covid.

NOLA mayor by far. I give JBE some credit for staying out of trouble through this whole thing, but I do wish he called out the BS more.

It’s their invitation to the party. It’s what gets the LSU president invited to the White House to discuss best practices in “protection”. You know, the one that doesn’t let unvaccinated people into the stadium but will let them party right outside with no issue?
It’s a Governor who knows he’s essentially done in LA politics once his term is done so he’s trying to grift the party by being the “island” in sea of red.
Perhaps next time people who are upset by all of this will think twice when they vote for the “moderate Democrat” because here is a simple equation: Governor + his appointed BOS + their appointed president = what you are seeing now at LSU. A complete farce to create an “illusion of protection” simply to leverage something for political reasons
