"3 losses on a 2-game schedule"

pretty tough analysis of this year's schedule. Auburn, Georgian, Ole Miss, and Arky ... not one of them counts at all? Even the road games?

so your saying LSU has to win 10 games? that's fine, but i highly doubt the "higher ups" at LSU agree. Ole Miss at home wouldn't be easy for a lot of teams this year. Other than UT, Bama and maybe UF/Cincy i don't know of many teams that would beat them. LSU can, but it wouldn't be the end of the world if they didn't, especially with the status of JJ being up in the air. If he doesn't play, LSU doesn't win imo. How many teams could to in to Oxford and win with their starting qb out? There are going to be some very unhappy people here if/when LSU wins 9+ becuase I have a feeling LSU will probably give Miles a new contract.

If the #2 guys has to play for a lot of top teams, they'd lose.

and that's exactly what happened with USC-UW

i didn't bring up that game

If Vandy had any sort of depth they would be a good team. Year in and year out they are a pretty good SEC team for a month and a half.. Then they fall apart as injuries mount up. This year is no different.
