When you crazy cajuns head north to the Mountains your in for a shock. Oh, you'll enjoy the beauty of our mountains in the fall, but I'm not so sure Zach Mettenberger will enjoy the game LOL....

Here ya go, read this and got me excited.

I understand yall got yourselves some fancy new offense. Well we might have one too! (knock on wood). And hell if we don't our defense will just take care of business like the first time.

We beat Kragthrope like a broke down mule. We love your hire! LOL Can't wait to watch him scheme to slow our edge rushers.

You would think so after holding their offense to 177 yards last year

Yep, because LSU is so similar to Louisville.

Holgerson faces a huge talent dip at West Virginia. He had some great success at Tech under Leach's wing, & he & Sumlin proved a great match, as well.

But, you don't have a single player on your team that come close to the talent level of a Brandon Wheeden or a Trey Blackmon, & that's not even up for discussion.

Noel Devine & Jock Sanders are gone, & those two were pretty much integral parts of your offense from a big-play standpoint. Unless you've got two long-term savvy vet types that have been unable to push their way onto the field, who can suddenly now start running Air-Raid after they've been running a slowly decaying version of Rich Rod's Spread-Zone Read, ground-oriented attack, your confidence may be a tad misguided.

Look up the differences between what Rich Rod & Holgerson runs. They're as different as night & day. It's just the splits on the Line and the space the offense creates that are similar.

Holgerson began running a QB Read where he either handed it off or stuck the inside slant route off the DE's & DT's at certain points last year. Translation: The read is far more complicated than just reading & then handing off or hauling @ss.

You need a talent upgrade. You've got the coaching. That kid Holgerson's bringing with him is dynamite, in my opinion. But, just because you buy a 16 year old with a Learner's Permit a Lamborghini Gallardo, that doesn't mean he's about to win the 24 hours at Lemans.

You'll get owned, & you'll like it.

but, but.. we run a 3-4. You guys don't know what a 3-4 is in the SEC and we're going to confuse your OL. And, we have crazy speed. Devine can blow PP7 off the field with his speed. Devine is going to go for 200 yds in Baton Rouge.
Blah, blah, blah.

You don't understand the game football do you.

because if you did you would know that the OC doesn't have shite to do with the defense.

Seriously, I must ask...

Are you people seriously this uninformed or are you playing around?

I mean you make stupid personal attacks, come with some insane takes about our program, you know the one that almost beat your arse at home this past year even after you tackled our best player out of bounds and he was out...

I love your fan base. You people are in your own little cajun world.

I like this paragraph, from your newspaper LOL... I post this because obviously you people have a short memory.

Yes, Saturday night in Tiger Stadium, Les Miles' LSU football team stumbled.

Yes, as they like to say, it wasn't pretty, but the only thing that counted was a 20-14 victory over a West Virginia ballclub that played well enough to allow the enemy to almost beat itself.
