As will the others that don't expect a good season. Too many people are so busy trying to defend their position or prove that they are right that a lot gets lost in the discussion and then it just becomes a pissing contest. Once that happens, all rational thought is lost. It's funny for a while at least.

Can someone get rid of this thread? It was stupid and still is stupid!

Let's just hope the coaches know how to communicate it to the players.
and I get that the OC will himself be learning on the fly, as will the rest of the offense staff which doesn't instill great confidence. But I am confident that Ensminger is a smart guy with good staff around him and will install what he does understand and will stay within his abilities and that that will hopefully be enough to install his vision of what the offense should be. But I don't know that. We shall see. That's another thing that makes that first game so interesting.

I agree with that, I find myself spending to much time trying to defend a position that I really don't even know why I care at all about.

Meh, my position is and has always been that time will tell.
I think we're a 7 win team but I'm not up here hedging my bets. If I'm way off and we're a 10 win team I'll just be wrong and I'll be happy to be wrong.
Thing is, you won't find many on the other side willing to take a similar stand. They're reserving their right to make excuses if things aren't as rosy as they think it'll be, which tells me they're not really interested in holding Orgeron accountable.

These are normally the same guys who complain now about the O bitching.
Ten wins was under achieving two years ago, but now nine or eight wins is a good seaso
its mind blowing.
they deemed 3 loss seasons as unacceptable under Miles
but under O a 4 loss season is a pretty good record
constantly bashed him by saying he was the only thing holding lsu back from titles and was underperforming with all that talent
but under O miles left the cupboard bare

ne thing I wouldn't be doing is tearing him apart on a forum
stating objective facts isnt tearing him down. losing to mid majors and having the worst loss in the 100+year history of the lsu vs miss st game is whats tearing him down.

same credentials and abilities as Orgeron
i have has much experience as O has at running a successful side of the ball.
i also have the same experience as O at having sustained success as HC.

and there it is. please link me to any lsu fan hoping lsu loses under O. just one. it should be easy since there are so many of them. i looking forward to finding this mythical creature that everyone talks about but has never proven.

m going to be backing LSU (thus Orgeron) this coming season, pulling for them just as hard as ever.
me too

guess ya'll figure you're in a win/win situation. If LSU has a bad season you can say "I told you so". If they have a good season you can say "Hell yea, I'm a LSU fa
so was this your stance on yourself when you used to tear down miles amd the offense?
why was it ok for you to tear down miles and our offense in every offensive thread but its not ok for us to bring up facts about O?

Thats because you're a dumbass who wants a written fking guarantee.
Don't you know nothing in life is guaranteed baw?
We got dealt a schitty hand...which we are now playing.
You act like we haven't been getting a schitty hand for years here at LSU. And there's the admin forcing TAF to piss away millions of our hard-earned dollars away on their folly.
Put your $ where your mouth is. Get rid of your tickets and whatever else youre doing. Only way to make a statement.
