Boy that’s not a good look
Making rules for your conference and not even knowing the rules of the whole league.
These turds at the top of these institutions must surround themselves with yes men.

I saw that last night. What was the actual question where he decided to respond with seeing a rule on a newly printed booklet as opposed to actually discussing the rule. Sounds like he was being intentionally flippant.

Him not having seen the rule in the ncaa rule book is still noteworthy, no ?

What I read claimed the book was released either yesterday or the day before.
Basically he was being a dick and said he hadn’t seen the rule in the 2026-27 rule book (which was released in the last few days).

I don’t think he was being a dick. I think he was trying to be very technical and thoughtful of what he was saying. Attorney’s like to ask questions that trip people up so they can use their words against them. This “quote” is likely being blown way out of proportion, as Herb Vincent noted.

He deserves it being portrayed as it is.
These guys have millions on the line and he didn’t even wait to hear their testimony

It's notable because the published/codified rulebook does not have any language excluding the Class of 2022.
