Game two is the most important game after game one lol if you lose game one you going to have to dig deep into your bullpen. As long as the offense keeps this up specifically the bottom of the order LSU will be just fine.
Let's try not to freak out in the second inning like yesterday. I knew better then to post in that game thread in the opening innings so I just spit some wisdom out in the latter innings. LSU would score double digits so if TS couldn't score at least double digits they would lose, and that was when we were down 7-5. Next inning we went up 9-7 before you knew it, we had 15 to their 7 and I was spot on. GT

You win game 2 you don't have to worry about your season being on the line with a number 3 or 4 pitcher. Plus it gives you the opportunity to play one less game. if you lose game 2 you have to win 3 games in a row with two being against a team that's already beaten you.

Lange is going to rape some booty tonight! Think the defense will be out to prove that they are still the best in the country and what about this Watson fella huh? Wow that little stick man can play some baseball. Wait until he puts on some weight. Hell just 10 lbs will make a significant difference for him but I think he can play around 190 to 200 if he actually tries to put it on. Dude is just a natural athlete. If they can all develop I like what our future team looks like as well, hopefully we can hang onto our top guys in this class to bolster the lineup that much more next year. GT

Not arguing just saying you don't want to lose either of the first 2 games in a regional. They are all important but I think LSU is ok.

It's going to be tough game for LSU.
SLU has beat some very good teams this year and played Vandy close.
The other thing hanging over both teams is the weather. If there is weather delay who has the better bullpen available tonight?
