You can tell by his smirk that even Bayless does not believe what comes out of his own mouth. He knows he is being ridiculous but also knows it is his only chance for any noticed.

Absolutely.

He is pathetic enough to take what he can get though.

Eh, its the state of modern media. Social media and 24/7 media outlets have created a world of attention whores and he is doing what is necessary to stay ahead of the pack. People like skip are not necessarily the problem simply because the attention he gets actually validates his actions. It's people who follow and listen, then post every thought that comes out of his (and Robt. Smith, Finebaum, et al) mouth that are the problem.

Yep, in 2003, the pundits were saying OU would beat a few NFL teams....LSU proved that nonsense wrong. My only "beef" is that had Bama won the game, ESPN would be taunting them as best of all time. Let's face it folks, a Louisiana team will NEVER get all the rave regardless....

The more people don't ignore Bayless, the more he will make outrageous statements..

Okie st wouldn't "light us up", but to say they couldn't score 30 against us is probably foolish. I think we would run it down their throat and they wouldn't be able to get the ball consistently down the field. If I had to predict a score I would go something along the lines of 38 to 28 Tigers.

We couldn't stop:

OU in 2003
tOSU in 2007
Bama in 2011

All seem to be victories to me.

I think it's pretty clear that Bayless just says stuff like this to get a reaction

And it's not like it wouldn't be difficult for LSU to stop them...but they probably would.

Seriously, why do you people care what the likes of Finebaum and Bayless say or write?
I mean are they important in your lives?
Why are they important in your lives?
How would your life be deprived if you didn't pay any attention to them?

Not surprising that OK State can move the ball on Texas Tech's #108 rated defense.

Oh, and they have also gone up against these other bottom ranked defenses:

Kansas #120
Baylor #113
Arizona #106
Texas A&M #92
Missouri #89
Tulsa #81

I wouldn't go that far, but I don't think OkSt could hang with us for more then a quarter.

This does not equal "LSU couldn't stop Weeden's offense." This is not a very outlandish statement. You guys need to have bigger dicks and not be so fricking insecure. Pathetic.

He's from Oklahoma, is he not?

Yes it is, but that offense is legit. They would score on us. Not at will, but they are better then Oregon on O and worse on D. LSU would plow up the middle all night on them.
