Yes to Coach Miles(for longer, if he gets rid of Crowden)
No to Crowden

Coach Miles has to find an OC that has the same mindset that he does. The disfunctional actions of the LSU squad stems from two different offensive philosophies clashing with the team caught in the middle, mainly Jefferson.
