it is not easy. I will guess you played ball like plenty of us here but trying to lift weights now or be as athletic is not as easy at all. a little arthritis in neck, some in lower back, hip flared up at times when running/walking. sometimes lifting causes tendonitis between my bicep and forearm. never had that problem when i was younger. age is a bitch. just do your best, it is all you can do.

LSU has a substance abuse program and therapist that he took advantage of for the entire month of June. #didnt work.
