Yes, an 11:00 am kickoff will produce a better atmosphere more conducive for success.

LSU is lucky to have had this many night games, hope this continues.

This thread should be filled among worst threads ever...

I think a lot of people are non-committal about the games because our home schedule sucks and has sucked for several years now. Seems every year now LSU is taking its act on the road to Houston or Dallas, jobbing the fans out of a really nice home game against a good non conference team. They take away one of the few competitive games that are on our schedule and take the money.

If the games are competitive, the people will stay regardless of kickoff time.

No Day Games!!!

You're an idiot. Everyone complains and doesn't show up for day games with excuses like "it's too hot" or "the sun is on me all game" or "it doesn't give us time to tailgate". LSU lobbied for more night games because night games in Death Valley are what fans have begged for for years. Last year there weren't enough night games and everyone complained. This year there are; now people show up and leave early instead of just not showing up. It's never going to get better unless the fan base changes their perspective of games. Deal with it or convince people to stay longer. Don't put the blame on other crap like night games or shitty opponents or advertisements or piped in music. This is about lazy spoiled fans.

NO to day games!!!...EVER!!!

Had we played Wisconsin, TCU, Oregon, or North Carolina in Tiger Stadium instead of giving up our ONE quality OOC game...the stadium would've been rocking.

Weak opponents, poor play, horrible parking & traffic DO play a role in the decision to leave early.

LSU has the power to fix the problem. It's not solely on the fans.

One more note...it's funny how many of these threads (all 10,000+) are started and/or supported by people who live out of state. I love how they claim they would be at every game AND remain until the end if they lived close. Ha! I'm calling BS!

Buy a ticket...travel to Baton Rouge...and remain for the entire game. Otherwise shut the hell up.

Did you go to the Florida game last year? Until late October the weather makes it absolutely miserable to be in that stadium. Just wait until next year when LSU is good, and CBS will give you all the day games you want.

Is it only hot in baton rouge? Every other SEC team doesn't have the mass exodus that LSU experiences whether day or night

what makes LSU fans so uniquely terrible?

BLASPHEMER!

Don't hate, I'm just searching for ideas to bring back the magic to tiger stadium. Since 80% of the fans attending night games this year have excuse after excuse for not being able to stay longer than 2 hours I wanted to see if moving up the game times would help.

Seems to generating some positive responses in here

You'd think but according to 80% of fans 6PM is too late because they have to drive home a couple hours or sit in traffic too late at night or just too damn drunk by then

"THE RANT"

We use to take out our anger on opposing teams on Saturday Night, now we do it hourly on the Rant. Poor attendance is "Tigerdroppings.com fault.
