The DW strip that went for a TD was extremely close to being down. It went our way. Blaming the refs for this loss is almost more embarrassing than the billboards.
I have remained silent until this. Why? I took the Ags. I thought from the beginning they had a chance to win but, you are wrong here. Every Aggie that I know disagrees with you. And most of them that I know have been watching football so 6+ decades.

Pass interference call was absolutely a bad call

Did you even think about what you said?
quote:Like you said there were 5-6 questionable 50/50 calls that ALL went A&Ms way. By the nature of 50/50 there should have been at least 1-2 of them break LSU's way. It also shouldn't take 6-7 paragraphs with Pictures, video and the help of an NFL Official to explain why ALL of the "50/50 judgement" calls went A&M's way. But I guess everything was surely on the up & up right?
There were about 6 50/50 calls that all went against us

Gotta say that your post is one of if not the best one I have read that accurately points out just how absurd the calls and refs were on Saturday.

He caught the ball at the 8 yd line and fumbled at the 5. He possessed the ball for 9 ft. It's a fumble

LINK
Ball is caught before he turns.
One foot comes down.
Ball is brought to his right side with both hands on it while he turns up the field and takes a second step.
Ball is brought to left side while he is in the process of third step with ball secured.
Hit by player which dislodges the ball.
When he is hit his 3rd step is about to be on the ground.
Apparently the explanation is that somewhere in all that stuff I described there is no football move...because there is no plausible case that he doesn’t have the ball secured.
AND...apparently they are saying that had the last bit of his 3rd step touched the ground it would have been a fumble.
That seems a rather stupid explanation. That just isn’t something that effected his possession.
Look at the image. That is a guy running upfield with the ball.

It was clearly a fumble.
Bama Grad is going to say something different to protect the stranglehold they have on the SEC.
The LSU fans that are arguing against the obvious can't come to grips with the fact that their blessed CFB is becoming the WWE.
Crap like what is in this thread is why I chose to enjoy CFB from my couch, as opposed to spending money on tickets and hours on campus.
I still love the sport, but I am aware of what I am watching. Fortunately, I can change the channel when I see obvious frickery.
And that statement above wasn't just for LSU games. The SEC is clearly favoring a couple of teams. I've seen other Tier 2 SEC Schools have games stolen from them with similar obvious garbage.
