Completely not the point. The point was he owned up and didn’t blame the refs for any of it. He could have said “will have to watch film” and then send in the film.
He also didn’t blame the fact he lost his starter, who was ripping LSU a new a-hole.

The back up was a 5th year Senior who played a good bit for Auburn. He wasn’t “green”. No excuses for not throwing more than 4 times. They wanted to keep the ball away from our offense.
