saban made him look foolish, because saban had a well thought out game plan and miles did not, and miles didn't do anything to try and counter.

LSU really looks foolish for paying 3.4 million a year for this

u think he is a great coach?

sure i do. you can't argue with his success. I don't have to be blind to his weaknesses.

he's somewhat of a buffoon. a loveable buffoon with enough skills to be a great coach. and he's our loveable buffoon.

LSU had a great season, no doubt about it, but after watching the game Monday night I have several concerns about the Tigers coaching staff. 1. The inability or down right refusal to make any adjustments in the offensive game plan during the game. 2. LSU’s missed blocking assignments and the total domination of the line of scrimmage by the Alabama front seven. 3. The lack of motivation displayed by both coaches and players because this was for ALL the marbles (no tomorrow). 4. The frustration displayed by the players after the game and what affect this will have on the program in the long run. I have several more but this post is getting long as it is.

LSU had a chance to make history Monday night and failed to seize the moment. Why? I can’t answer that. But you would think the coaching staff would have had the Tigers much better prepared than they were. I can only hope they learn from the experience and will be ready the next time it presents itself.
