Anytime we have these season openers...especially so called neutral field openers at places like Jerry’s world...I always harken back to our opener against Oregon in Jerry’s world in ‘11. We endured MONTHS of Oregon fans and 99% of other teams fans and most of the media telling us we didn’t have a chance against a team like that. We had not seen that kinda speed or offense in the power/sluggish SEC. I mean....I really was thinking that if we could just keep the game close I would be happy..lol. Well...game happens...LSU abuses Oregon...everyone shuts up. Kinda like the Main stream media when they get almost everything wrong.

And the years we beat ole miss they beat Alabama but we lost to alabama. so tell me how your logic translates into you guys beating us? What happened the last time yall were favored to beat us? It will be history repeating itself. Our players > than yours. bottom line. Playing in the ACC (All Cupcake Conference) will definitely be your liability. Playing 1 or 2 good teams a year will not translate into success. Give your team 2 or 3 years of great recruiting and then you will be close to a top tier sec caliber team. Until then, just give it time.
