I think every player on the team should wear the mask like Deichman did after taking one to the face. Just not owrth the risk IMO for something that isn't going to affect their hitting

It’s automatic AT EVERY LEVEL of baseball above little league... Btm8 or Btm9 no outs tie game, bunt the guy from 2nd to 3rd.
This is actually not even a debatable decision. A coach doesn’t even have to think about this decision... it is automatic: you bunt the winning run over. Then you don’t even need a hit to go ahead, a fly ball or a wild pitch or an error or some routine groundballs gives you the lead.
It’s really odd to me that you think you’re in the right here. Some things are opinions/debatable... this is not one of those things.

Naw wasn’t me, and I sincerely don’t mean to embarrass you or “call you out”, but I think you Needed to be called out on this one.
Especially if you plan on watching baseball and/or commenting in future game threads.
Btm8 or Btm9 with no outs in a tie game, you always bunt the runner to 3rd. Always. 100% of the time.

As impressive as Peterson was hitting 98 mph 3x...those 2 hard sliders at 88 & 89 mph are ridiculous.

Yea bud dont ever apply to be a baseball coach because you would miserably fail. You bunt that guy to 3rd 100000 out of 100000 in that situation and its not even up for debate

So he has the speed to tag from 3rd then and score the WINNING RUN. This was the 8th inning, not the 1st. You bunt that guy over to 3rd everytime.
