I worked in kitchens for almost a decade all together. When you get good guys you keep them happy.
Every restaurant in the country is hiring and there arent a whole lot of good cooks anymore these days

Labas looked good. Surprised at how he has knowledge how how to pitch. His strike zone is nice and low He makes the hitter hit his pitch , I noticed when he had count in his favor he didn't groove one right down the middle. Looks like smart baseball IQ.
