Looks like you were wrong again, Lester.
Will TOPS pay for graduate or professional school?
A. Yes. If you completed an undergraduate degree without exhausting all 8 semesters or 12 quarters of eligibility, you may receive the period of eligibility remaining if you enroll in an eligible graduate or professional school no later than the fall semester following the one year anniversary of completion of your undergraduate degree and have met the requirements for continuation of your award. If you have enrolled in an eligible Louisiana public professional school (veterinary, pharmacy, law, medical, etc.), the TOPS award amount is equal to the tuition charged by the school or an amount equal to the tuition charged by the highest cost public school for pursuit of a baccalaureate degree, whichever is less. If you have enrolled in an eligible Louisiana private professional school, the TOPS award amount is calculated by dividing the total dollar value of awards (excluding award stipends) made under TOPS at public postsecondary institutions in the prior academic year to students attending public colleges and universities, by the total number of students that received the awards (weighted average). If you enroll in a graduate degree program at an eligible Louisiana college or university, the TOPS award amount is equal to the tuition at the school or the tuition charged for a student while pursuing a baccalaureate degree at the highest cost public school in the state, whichever is less.

If any senior was on scholarship money last year they are allowed the same money this year due to Covid. And it doesn’t count against the 11.7. Not sure if George or Beck were. I would say Beck was IF either

Mainieri said he wanted to limit what Travinski did after four innings, was a little gassed, monitored how many throws he had to make, etc.
No new injury.

First of all do you understands what this means?
If you do...
do I need to do the math for you or no

Mainieri said we can pay seniors and others can't. he did not say who was getting paid nor did he say how. The person writing the article did mention seniors Beck and George returning. That doesn't mean Mainieri said those two were receiving scholarship money this year. Schools like Ole Miss, State, Auburn, and Alabama have no state funded scholarship program to pay seniors, or others, like we do

It means there are circumstances where a grad student, even 5th year, could still be eligible for tops.

Without players having to give up theirs like you suggested.
ETA: that’s if any of them had any money to begin with.

I don’t care if the players are on the team if their scholarshiped money doesn’t count toward the total. You make no sense

It’s fun to speak matter of factly when there is a microscopic chance of something like being a reality

Hilliard & Beck are the only eligible Srs for TOPS.
Beck is a 5th year Sr, the chances he is still on tops are minuscule
Posted on 3/16/21 at 10:35 pm to Lester Earl
George is from Monroe. Why isn’t he eligible? Because he started at San Jac?
