Offense was great for 4 games, even with some guys like Jones struggling at the plate. Braswell was awesome for 4 games, but had a rough one today. White has been pretty good, but he's tried to do too much at times I feel like. The only way Jones gets on base is walks and bombs Pearson had a couple big swings, but struggled overall. Travinski looks like he's starting to dig out of his slump which will be huge going forward. Milam is a damn stud. Only thing he did wrong was get picked off and maybe cost us a shot at runs in a close championship game. He will learn from it and will be better going forward for it. Brown had a couple pinch hit ABs and then had a great game when he got the start, but wasn't as good yesterday or today. Larson struggled terribly all week. Hopefully he can get past it and have a better game on Thursday/Friday in the regional. He's had a great season and we have to have production at the bottom of the order. I'm more than willing to give Milazzo a pass for his 0/8 last two days because he has spent 43 innings behind the plate this week and 4 of the games have been day games. He's had the hell beat out of him.

Moffett - 1ip, 4h, 5r, 1bb, 0k, 26 pitches
Primeaux - 0.2ip, 1h, 0r, 0bb, 2k, 17 pitches

We already pretty much knew what we had with Jump, Holman, Herring, Guidry, Ackenhausen. We need Hurd to come around. He looked great in both outings to begin with, then sort of fell apart after 2 innings or so. Dutton is a strike thrower, which we pretty much knew. He can come in and feed you strikes and get you through innings when you are in a bind or have a big lead. Ulloa had a great first outing, then an awful 2nd outing.

As far as the pitchers go, the big winners are Hellmers, Loer, Anderson. Hellmers could very easily see a lot of time throughout the regional/super regional, especially with Little, one of our go to right handed arms out of the pen, potentially going down with an injury. Hellmers looked great. Mid 90s fastball with a lot of movement. Wish we had seen more of him in SEC play this year. Anderson also had a couple good outings. Can be a lefty/lefty matchup guy if nothing else. Loer looking like a guy to get you out of a jam when you just need an out or 2, or a lefty/lefty matchup guy.

The guys I'm not sure about are Coleman, Moffett, Primeaux. Coleman was just okay at best. Moffett wasn't good at all. Primeaux wasn't bad but only faced 3 batters. We never saw Cam Johnson, wonder if he's hurt or if there's just no trust right now. There are 10-12 pitchers ahead of these 4, so I doubt we see them again unless we are way way up or way way down in a regional game.

People complain about Kling, but Bingham somehow keeps finding his way into the lineup. I can’t wrap my head around it.

The Tanks is empty as Milam is now our power hitter. He hit more HRs than white and had more RBIs

Good work. Note that Jones had 4 HR, not 3.

He may have struggled at the plate as far as BA, but led the team with 8 RBI for the week I believe. That's what we get with Jones.

Thanks for your work on this.

But you might want to check your OBP numbers for each player and the team total.

It looks to me you omitted including hit-by-pitches and sacrifice flies in your OBP calculations.

When you do that the team OBP comes to .401 not .389 and it changes the OBP for those players who had a HBP or sac fly during the tournament.

And Tommy was 0-6 in the first S Carolina game, not 0-5 which makes his tournament BA .304 not .318.

Thanks again.
