Well that’s a real mature way of handling this.

The real ignorance here is thinking the SEC office sets the game times.

Not as ignorant as someone who thinks they have no influence.

It’s all about what ESPN thinks will get them the best ratings.

And this game is just a weird anomaly for ESPN. It’s a good enough draw that they want it on their main network (and don’t want it relegated to the SECN). But the game isn’t good enough for it to be a night game on ESPN or ESPN2.

1) SEC doesn't set game times
2) SEC already proved they don't care about JD and his Heisman hopes.

He would make a fool of himself doing that since the SEC didn't pick that time.

On the brightside, maybe people will stay past mid 3rd quarter against an SEC rival?

Or stay home and skip the game entirely

It's the networks that do that.

How dumb do you have to be to think the conference decides game times? Profoundly dumb I suppose.

Sometimes it's better to remain quiet and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

You have no idea of the inner workings of these selections and the influence that can be asserted.

I know a man who speaks in absolutes knows absolutely nothing

Ok, please tell me how it benefits the SEC to put LSU/A&M game at 11am.

Not that many ppl are interested in watching 3 loss and 4 loss teams play each other. Only way this would be a night game is if it was televised on the SECN.
