Had I known this would be a "dry" game I'd have at least brought a flask.
There was not one single person walking the steps/stands selling water, soda, peanuts, nothing!
The food and drink selection were pitiful. It was my first SEC Championship and I was expecting a much better experience inside the dome than what was delivered.
The SEC fanfare was ok, but they really need to step up what's offered inside the MB dome.
End rant. Geaux Tigers! Thank God our Tigers never failed to deliver.

We must have the fattest fans in America. I’ve never seen a group of people bitch about concessions so much.

There were at least 4 threads on here last week talking about beer sales. If you didn’t know, that was on you.

I didnt need all that shite, just making a point. There is no arguing the place was absolute pathetic for delivering on experience.

There were like 3 threads last week about there not being any alcohol. One poster called the SEC AND the fricking dome to confirm

No beer sucks, but we haven’t had beer in TS for most of our lives. Food was actually good. Had a pulled pork sandwich and wife had breadsticks and both were much better quality than anything I have ever had at a college stadium.

Barbecue sandwiches were great! And $4 refillable souvenir cups was awesome. Plenty of refill stations all over.

I didn't have that experience. Food I did get was way better than usual stadium food and 1000X better than anything in TS.

Is it a sin to enjoy a drink while watching a game? He didn’t say he was looking to get hammered. It’s like going to a baseball game and enjoying a hot dog and beer, this is America not Venezuela.

Bottled water was 2$, almost cheaper than a gas station

I don't know about that. The shrimp and fish basket they have in Tiger Stadium is pretty strong.

The "SEC FanFare" was so much more than I expected. Wish I has gone an hour earlier. The MBS was of another world. Makes the Superdome look archaic. Our entire Section was in a terrific mood. Wonderful crowd. Zoom in/zoom out on MARTA. (for $2.50). Atlanta security and game personnel were awesome, friendly, and bright. Tremendous experience. Far exceeded expectations.

yep, that's one of the big things about that stadium, all concessions are about half the price or more than what you see elsewhere. While they didn't sell beer at our game yesterday, their beer prices normally are just like that as well.

I went in 2011. Game was sponsored by Dr. Pepper. Couldn't by a Dr pepper lol. Seats were cramped. But got a good buzz before kick off.

The concessions were much better in quality and price than what’s offered in Tiger Stadium.
