Seating at the box

Hey y’all. My momma and I are going to see a baseball game in May, longtime LSU fans but we live out of state.. it seems like SRO seats are the best available but my mom can’t stand for the entire game. Any advice on where to choose?

I wouldn't want to make my momma worry about not having a seat.
Since this is a special event for you and Mom, I think your best bet is to look on Seat Geek ( LINK) and find two Gold or Green grandstand seats together. Those seats are chairbacks and are under the grandstand roof.
You can usually find tickets on there for $20-$25/ea even for SEC games if you wait until the Monday before the weekend you're coming to BR.

You should be able to find two tickets. I would check periodically to see what comes available as the season progresses. The A&M series and the Ole Miss series are huge weekends so not surprised tickets are scarce right now.
We will probably have a tailgate setup both of those weekends if you want to stop by with Momma.

I went to several games last year with SRO seats. If it's not a huge game I was able to grab a couple of empty seats down the 3rd base side.

Alex Box sells out all the actual seats to season ticket holders. Then people wanting to attend when it fits their schedule have to stand the whole game.

Post on the Ticket Exchange board that you're looking for two random seats for a random game in May, someone will help you with tickets. I'm sure of it. The bigger games they'll likely hold onto but a random one some will part with.
