Seastrunk was getting some kudos from the broadcasters but he seems raw as hell. He may have a decent arm but the two throw-outs he made both started as passed balls that caused the runners to think they had the bulge on him. To his credit he's got cat-quickness to jump up for the loose balls and make the throws, but I'd rather have Gibbs vacuuming in every stray pitch from the get-go.

If he's having to call all the pitches (and a newly converted infielder to begin with) that's a hell of a lot to deal with ... it remains to be seen how he'll turn out behind the plate.

That tends to happen with guys that are in their first year of playing a position they've never played at any level of ball.
