Season tickets delayed

Still waiting on my tickets to arrive, FEDEX says they've been delayed.
I'm sure Ida has something to do with it, but it says they were scheduled for delivery last Thursday. Wondering if I'll ever get these things.

I had the same message on my tracking and they arrived Saturday. I am still waiting on parking.

Same. Initial delivery date was Thursday, delayed to Saturday, and now they don’t even give me a date. FedEx for you.

Mine were delayed Thursday too, and are now updated to today by 8 PM.
Maybe it’s Ida-related, but the tickets are printed and shipped form Ft. Smith, AR and I live in OKC just three hours away. Not sure why Ida would have delayed mine unless it’s just a ripple effect.

I hoped to have mine in the booklet as well, but I only received 4 sheets of game tickets and some ads.
The email notification they sent to let us know tickets are being sent indicated that items may ship separately, so I’m just going to give it a few more days before I call. At least the parking can be accessed digitally through our season ticket accounts if worse comes to worse.

That first game always sneaks up on the LSU Ticket office even though it happens the same week every year

All of my tickets and parking passes came in the usual booklet. No window decal again this year, though.

Mine are not hard tickets but I dont see any in my account. How will they show up? I clicked on the first game but a note says "tickets are typicially not available until 48 hours before the game" Is that correct? So if I want to transfer the Mcneese game I have to wait until 2 days prior it looks like? Just want to make sure I am correct

I looked again. After the 4 pages of tickets there’s a parking map followed by the back cover of the booklet. I’ll call them tomorrow.

If you got your tickets but requested a refund, how do they cancel the ticket so it won’t scan??

Each barcode is assigned to a print count. When they return the seats off the account in the ticketing system the print count changes to 0 and voids the barcode that was assigned when the original print file was generated. When the access control software downloads all the valid barcodes on gameday, what used to be the barcode on the printed ticket that was refunded won’t be picked up in the feed, and the scanners at the gate won’t recognize it. The same thing happens when a ticket holder transfers seats, sells them on StubHub, reprints, or downloads them to their phone. The print count changes and new barcode is assigned. The access control system only marks one barcode per seat as good/valid.
