The NCAA record, I believe, is 763 when Alabama played Va. Tech. If we went no huddle, I could see us breaking that.

Yeah, U Dub looks pretty frickin good right now. 42-24

Final Score: Baylor 67 - "U Dub" 56

Neither team has ANY defense at all. This kind of stuff does not go on against a strong defense! and besides Wash. game is almost a year away! Bama is in 10 days...focus on that!

Obvious husky fan here. I plan on attending the game next year in LA.

First, you guys should beat us, and handily. You are more talented than us, and frankly, better coached. Sarkisian is a great offensive play caller, but I haven't been impressed with his recruiting and ability to hire a competent D-Coordinator.

As you saw from the Baylor game, our defense is putrid, primarily because we have the worst d-coordinator in the country-Nick Holt. He's the clown on the sideline with grandma glasses and is screaming all the time. He is also the highest paid assistant in the Pac-10, which is unbelievable. If we fire him, then maybe you won't score 50 on us, but he's a Sark buddy.

On the defensive side of the ball we are pretty lean. Our best player is our Freshman safety, Sean Parker (#1). He was a 4-5 star, and turned down USC for us. He's a beast.

On offense, we're pretty loaded. Price is obviously a stud (And better than Locker, a top 10 NFL pick) Polk is a JR, but he'll probably go pro. But we are pretty deep at RB. Collier will probably be the starting RB-a very fast player. We have the best freshman TE in the country IMHO, Sefarian-Jenkins, who was a 5 star recruit (turned down Texas because they wanted him to be a tackle). We are also deep at WR, with Kasen Williams, a Freshman 5 star (and some pubs had him as #1 WR in nation in H.S.). Now that some seniors are graduating, he'll be the go to guy.

We can score on anyone IMHO, but our defense is just so bad that it is hopeless.

yea, you guys will have a tough time against our run game, and what will most likely be an improved passing game. But LSU by their nature will never really be a high powered offense. So even if we win, it will mostly likely be a 35-10 type of game.

Hell, i was there in person a couple of years ago when we had to fight like hell to win in what was the loudest stadium outside of Baton Rouge i'v ever been in.

LSU not a high powered offense by nature? Espn kool aid. We all know the schedule LSU rolled thru this season, Averaging nearly 40 ppg speaks for itself. Flash offense? No. Posting big offenseive numbers due to opponents yielding to attrition? Yeah

i just mean throwing up tons of yards.. scoring 60.. crap like that.

A lot of our offensive production comes from defensive stops and simply wearing the other defense down by the 3rd quarter. Which i love. Its 'make them quit' football.

But no, LSU will never be mistaken for a 'high powered offense'.

guess i just vented a bit because of the "round table" groups that constantly label LSU and Bama's offenses as "inept" simply because there was an ol skool slugfest.

We hope Saturday night. I can see this being a 5pm ESPN game like Arizona was in 2006.
