As a Miles supporter from day 1, there is no excuse for how he handled/played/treated Lee the last TWO years.

Not just this year.

in 2011, Lee wins the Tenn and Fla game, makes the biggest play of the year against bama with under 2:00 to play and is dumped on in the Cotton Bowl.

With a huge lead against A$M, Miles "allows" Lee to come in and take "the knee" on the last play. Ridiculous.

Without Lee last year, Miles is likley fired. And without Lee this year, we don't go 13-1.

Gary Danielson said it best, "Jarrett Lee is the MVP for LSU this year".

To excuse Miles' choices as ones that "coaches make" or "who knew what was best" are equally ridiculous.

Miles will never live down nor have the chance to correct how he lost his character and standing in how he treated J Lee.

There has NOT BEEN ONE EX-TIGER that I know who isn't disgusted and ashamed of how Miles handled this situation.

That's kind of in the past and you know, it was frustrating but it's over with and it happened and the coaches had a reason for it and I'm not really too worried about it."

What does this tell you? I'm curious what you have dragged out of that statement.

To the objective observer, it sounds like he has said one of 2 things, possibly both:

1) He has moved on, and doesn't want an answer.

2) He hasn't talked about the BCSCG with any of the coaches.

Indeed.

Yep that's why he didn't return Les' calls. Lee wanted to move on and all.
You know, the same reasoning you had for accusing Miles of ordering his staff not to contact Lee.

Hes not waiting on an answer, because he never got one during the season when the #1 rated QB got replaced by JJ.

Its pretty simple. It happened. He doesnt know why. It hurts. Hes still frustrated ========= Miles has not reached out. Not during the season, not since

You simply cannot be that ranttarded????

Well you did back JJ, so maybe you are

Plenty.

And know that Alleva and Miles are aware of that.

How embarrassing is it for the coach of a 13-1 team that just played in the BCSNC game, to hold a press conference to "explain things". Mandated.

Miles knows he has fence mending to do and the piss-poor press conference was his start.

So you are backing off your "Miles has never called Lee since the BCSCG?"

How do you know Miles has not "reached out"? He never says that. He says he hasn't had time talk to any of the coaches about the BCSCG.

Sounds like he doesn't care. He says it bugged him for around 30-40 minutes, and then he moved on.

Where are you getting this from, exactly? He sounds like the polar opposite of that.

So what about WKU, ARK and UGA. JJ played like JJ (crap) and Les continues to play JJ. Explain what Les meant when he said after the game "it would not have be fair" when asked why not put JL in the game. "Not fair" because JJ had to sit? "Not fair" to JJ if JL was successful? "Not fair" because JJ did not get to start the season? "Not fair" because JJ's buds would get offended if JL out shines JJ? What about Les' commit about why JJ played all game on senior day except for victory formation. Les said it was JJ's last game in Tiger stadium. WTH! It was JL's last game in Tiger stadium also. I guess Less did not want jL to pass JJ up on the all time TD pass list or maybe JJ and family have Les by the balls. Either way Les and JJ put themselves before the Team. Both will reap the rewards for this in the future.

Don't waste your breath Don Corleone.

Some people "hint" to the race card when they have no other play.
