Wow, what a bitch.
Smith improved his draft stock while playing on a championship team. Chase wouldn't have done either of those things by playing. Sat out a meaningless season and will still be a top 10 pick.

Well if thats the case, Chase will go to a better team and probably put up better #'s with his better team leading to a better second contract which is where the real money is at.

NFL doesn’t work on feelings but rather tangibles. Both players can flat out play but the difference that I noticed in Smiths game is he struggles to set the edge on an outside run and struggles in run blocking all together. He gives 100% effort but his frame limits him. NFL guys already know that so Chase will be graded higher because of his size. If Devonte had 20lbs more on that frame it’s a different story.
