After the news today about capacity, this will be the first season in 15 years I won’t be able to attend at least 1 home game in Tiger Stadium. I look forward to the opportunity to go down to BR each year for the tailgating, atmosphere, and all the good eats. I won’t be able to compete financially against the 25% of fans that do get to attend. I’m happy there’s a least a season (for now) but still disappointed I won’t be tailgating with an AM Mart sandwich and headed home on Sunday with a juicy burger from Roul’s.

Learn to code and you could be sitting in a luxury suite this year.

You can still do both. It just won't be on campus

Appreciate the optimism but I won’t be driving down 6 hours to not tailgate and not attend a game.

This

I used to work offshore but got laid off, so I took a few Javascript classes last month and got a job with Google with a $500k signing bonus last week. Looking like I'll get $100MM in funding for my renewable energy software startup.

Baton Rouge will lose tens of millions and business will close because of this.

Judging by the amount of season ticket holders who chose to opt out, I think ticket demand will be light. You may be able to buy on the secondary market if you want to go to a game.

For those who went, Syracuse doesn't allow tailgating on campus every. You do it on a hill a couple miles away. I'm thinking Levee

Think of all the little black kids selling candy. It's gonna be a rough year for them.

Restaurants and bars in Baton Rouge are hanging on by a thread. This is truly a sad day for them and their workers.

Very sad day all the way around. How many more months are we going to go on doing all this stupid crap for a damn flu?
